Located within the Police Building in the Claremont Showgrounds, attached to the legendary Valhalla Strength South Brisbane, sporting the latest and greatest in strength and conditioning facilities, if you're serious about taking your fitness to the next level, reaching your goals just got easier.
We deliver personalised and thorough assessments to provide accurate diagnoses and tailored programs to assist you in achieving your goals. Our assessments are systematic and take into account your unique lifestyle, home, work and gym environments.

instantly claim your rebate and we provide paperless transactions. As all health funds have
different levels, we suggest you call your fund and ask them how much they will refund you
for an initial physio visit and a subsequent physio visit.
