Tyler Helm
Co-Director & Principal Physiotherapist | BSc
Tyler Helm has spent nine years shifting his clinical practice away from "standard" physio toward a high-capacity model of care. Specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and sports rehabilitation, his approach is built on the reality of physical performance—a perspective shaped by his own background in strength training and strongman competition.
In the clinic, this means Tyler doesn't just "manage" symptoms. Whether he’s treating acute sports injuries or navigating the complexities of persistent pain, his goal is to rebuild the physical confidence needed for a full return to high-level activity. This performance-driven mindset is central to his return-to-work rehabilitation and workplace injury management; he isn’t just looking for basic mobility, he’s looking for the strength required to get back to the job or the field safely.
Ultimately, the process is built on direct communication and a plan that actually accounts for a patient's lifestyle. It’s a practical, strength-based framework aimed at making long-term resilience a reality.
