Richard Lim
Exercise Physiologist
Richard’s entry into exercise physiology wasn’t academic—it was personal. Years of competitive tennis left him with a long list of injuries and a permanent seat in rehab clinics. But sitting on those treatment tables sparked a realisation: targeted movement is what actually fixes people.
He’s spent the last eight years putting that into practice. While he handles performance goals for athletes, a massive part of his daily practice is dedicated to musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He also manages complex chronic conditions and guides people through return-to-work rehabilitation after workplace injuries. The best part of his week is always the breakthrough moments—when a client realises they can lift heavier than they thought, finish a shift without guarding an injury, or just move through daily life pain-free.
You won't get a generic exercise template from Richard. Every program is built entirely from scratch, utilising a mix of gym-based strength training, Pilates, or hydrotherapy, depending on what your body actually needs. He plays the long game. Resolving your current pain is just step one—building the long-term capacity to make sure you stay resilient is the real priority.
